This all-day event will gather the top business leaders in this sector to explore the continued momentum, trends and research for “building well” and take a real-world, real-numbers look at the wellness real estate development and investment space.
This event takes a deep dive into the fast-growing market of wellness real estate, gathering the top executives, developers, investors, architects, designers, analysts, policymakers and media—the global leaders in the business of wellness real estate and communities—to examine the future of this market from the highest-level perspective.
Space is limited, and we do expect to reach maximum capacity quickly. Details will be forthcoming, but it will be an all-day event held at JPMorgan Chase & Co. headquarters at 383 Madison Avenue in New York City. The cost is $1200.
There is a virtual option as well, providing access to a live stream of the event for a cost of $500. Both the virtual and in-person registration includes access to a video recording of the full agenda, which will be sent to all registrants shortly after the event.
At the last Wellness Real Estate & Communities Symposium, the nonprofit Global Wellness Institute (GWI) released new research quantifying the skyrocketing growth of this sector, expanding from $148 billion in 2017 to $225 billion in 2019 to $275 billion in 2020. While the new GWI global economic data for all sectors will not be released until the November 2023 GWS in Qatar, it is clear that rapid growth is continuing in the Wellness Real Estate & Communities sector.

Virtual Attendees: Should your plans change for any reason, please note our cancelation policy. Registered attendees who cancel their registration before and including April 30, 2023, will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. After May 1, 2023, no refunds will be given, and please note we cannot make any exceptions.
In-Person Attendees: Should your plans change for any reason, please note our cancelation policy. Registered attendees who cancel their registration before and including April 2, 2023, will receive a full refund, minus a US$200 processing fee. Registered attendees who cancel between April 3, 2023, and April 16, 2023, will receive a 50% refund. After April 17, 2023, no refunds will be given, and please note we are not able to make any exceptions.
